Avenora Store / TOR OS
Avenora Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
This policy explains how TOR OS supports organic marketing operations for Avenora Store and Avenora Home, including the connection between their published Etsy listings and an authorized Pinterest business account.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the TOR OS services used by Avenora Store and Avenora Home and to the related Pinterest OAuth integration. MolderaStudio is not included in this integration.
2. Information we process
- Pinterest account identifiers and basic account information returned by the authorized Pinterest API.
- Pinterest board names and board identifiers, Pin identifiers, and organic performance metrics made available by Pinterest, such as impressions, saves, Pin clicks, and outbound clicks.
- Public product information from active Etsy listings, including listing identifiers, titles, descriptions, tags, prices, listing URLs, and product images.
- Operational records needed for security and reliability, such as timestamps, workflow status, error categories, request limits, and standard server logs.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the authorized connection. Tokens are treated as confidential credentials and are not displayed on this public page or included in public reports.
3. How we use information
- To verify the connected Pinterest account and discover its existing boards.
- To match active Etsy products to user-approved Pinterest boards.
- To prepare and, only after the applicable approval, publish organic Pins linking to the exact Etsy listing.
- To measure genuine organic performance and improve future product, creative, and board selection.
- To prevent duplicate publishing, cross-store mistakes, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
- To diagnose failures and comply with Pinterest, Etsy, and applicable legal requirements.
4. Legal basis and authorization
Account data is processed when the account owner explicitly authorizes the Pinterest OAuth connection. The connection can be revoked through Pinterest account settings. Where applicable, processing also relies on legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and on compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only as needed with services that operate the workflow, including Pinterest, Etsy, the hosting infrastructure, database and workflow automation providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell or rent personal data.
6. Cookies and tracking
This privacy-policy page does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking. The hosting and security infrastructure may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the page.
7. Security and retention
Credentials are kept in access-controlled production systems and are not intentionally written to public logs or reports. Operational and analytics records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your choices and requests
You may revoke the Pinterest connection at any time in Pinterest account settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with the Avenora integration, contact us through the official Etsy messaging channel for Avenora Store or Avenora Home. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
9. Children
This business integration is not directed to children and is not intended to collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
